‘’DARE TO DREAM BIG’’ will be on display at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming’s 20th Annual Awards and Recognition Breakfast

  ‘’DARE TO DREAM BIG’’ will be on display at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming’s 20th Annual Awards and Recognition Breakfast to be held at the Events Center Casper, WY August 29, 2018.  The sculpture weighs 1100#s and we are setting it inside. Come to the Breakfast and write your goals and dreams down on the chalkboard. I have been writing mine down on it and they are starting to come true seriously!

’’DARE TO DREAM BIG’’ is a bronze sculpture for the young at heart. It tells the story of a cat sitting on books titled THE POWER OF BELIEF. The cat looking into a mirror sees his reflection as a lion. It is about being creative, thinking big, imagination and the power of belief. The way to become a lion is to think and believe you are lion.  The sculpture has an interactive element. Next to ‘’DARE TO DREAM BIG’’ is a chalk board. It is an honor to have my bronze sculpture ‘’COWBOY CODE ‘’ be presented to Casper Police officer Jacob Carlson. This year recipient of the The Mick & Susie McMurry Cowboy Code Try Award at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming Award and Recognition Breakfast on August 29, 2018.The award is given in the memory of Mick McMurry and to honor those who give back to the community. The sculpture is on display at Jonah Bank of Wyoming 777 W 1st St, Casper, WY.

Believe me, there are no overnight successes in the art world. The notion of the right gallery or art agent “discovering” you and paving the way to your artistic success is a myth. Building your art career is a lifelong struggle. If you want to be great at something, you need to put time in the studio with the materials in your hands. It is accomplished through dedication, hard work, and a love for what you are doing. Love is an emotion that you can't fake, and you cannot be great at anything without loving it

KTWO is doing a story on my bronze DARE TO DREAM BIG at the Boys and Girls Club in Casper. It is great to heare and watch others write their dreams and goals down on the chalk board next to the sculpture. Harmony 13 years old wants to be a professional volley ball player and 18 year old Gabriel is joining the marines to become a medic. 
‘’DARE TO DREAM BIG’’ is a bronze sculpture designed for the young at heart. It tells the story of a cat sitting on books with the titles of THE POWER OF BELIEF. The cat looking into a mirror sees his reflection as a lion. It is all about being creative and thinking big. Having imagination and the power of belief. The way to become a lion is to think and believe you are lion. There is a mouse peeking around the mirror thinking, “Just what I need, a cat who believes he is a lion!”
The sculpture also has an interactive element. Next to ‘’DARE TO DREAM BIG’’ is a large chalk board. At the top of the board a sign reads.
I DARE TO DREAM BIG AND I WILL…. (and below it there is space for you write in your own dreams)
Writing down goals and dreams forces you to clarify what you want and motivates you to act. Open your mind and heart to the possibilities, trust, believe, if you write it down, one day your goals and dreams will come true!
Having your dreams come true is what life is all about. So, when you Dare to Dream Big. What do you dream of? Write it down!
