''BROKEN JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING BUT MY WORD''  bronze sculpture. It has been 10 days since my accident I broke 7 bones and had a collapsed lung. Just trying to stay positive and get a little better each day thanks for all the get well wishes it really helps!

This is the most damage to my body at 1 time I broke 7 ribs my collar bone my shoulder blade a collapsed lung and a concussion.They did a cat scan and xrays the nurse said we noticed you had five broken ribs and broke your right collar bone on the other side from past rodeo injuries.I told her I had a matched set now and I wouldn't drift to the right. Have to keep your sense of humor. Broken ribs hurt the most I will get through this. Really thankful my horse Man wasn't hurt bad!

I was in a heck of a wreck

I was in a heck of a wreck on my big bay horse Man we were running full out when another cowboys hose bolted from him and ran into my horse. We hit his hose at 40 mph my horse flipped over him and landed on me. I broke 5 ribs my collar bone my shoulder blade a collapsed lung and a concussion.I was life flighted to a hospital in Santa Fe. I was in there for 2 days.My horse was not hurt bad the other horse broke a bunch of ribs he did not have a rider on him. I just got back to Casper now I need to heel up.

I will be in Cody this weekend for the Buffalo Bill Art Show and Quick Draw it is my 24th year doing the show and it is my favorite. 40 artist will be doing the quick draw Saturday morning I will also be at the Big Horn Gallery if you are in Cody stop by and visit hope to see you there.

''FANNING THE FIRE''  last years Buffalo Bill Art Show Quick Draw I start with a wire armature and have 1 hour to make a sculpture. I enjoy the process of zoning in and being in moment, the time is over before you know it. I remember riding bulls and 8 seconds  seemed to take forever  and now  60 minutes isn't long enough. This Saturday at 10 am if your in Cody Wyoming stop by and see what 40 artist can create in 1 hour!
