Yesterday I posted a photo of kids on horses ordering at the drive up window at McDonalds and I said this one of the reasons I love living in Wyoming. Well I received a lot of comments and this is a message I received.
Chris, My cousin shared the photo you snapped of my kids and me at McD's drive through. Wanted to let you know this is a full circle kind of moment. The little gal in the sunglasses is my 11 year old, who 2 years ago we were uncertain if she would walk let a...lone ride again after an orthopedic surgery went wrong. My folks gave me your piece "Liberation" and it sat (and still does) on my mantle as an inspirational reminder of what is possible. Although it was a long recovery, she now rides better than ever and loves it even more. Just saw that you too are now recovering. May all that you gave to us in your work be returned to you 10 fold.With a thankful heart. God bless Tracy and Mikayla

As an artist I hope the work I do brings inspiration and joy to others and receiving that note yesterday sure made me feel good. I have been struggling with my own health lately and my body might be broken but I can assure you my heart is strong and full. I love what I do for a living and cant wait to get back to work.
