My bronze sculpture RUFF & TUFF at Franklin College in Franklin, IN was stolen and a week later the thief's returned it go figure. Ruff-n-Tuff, the bronze sculpture of two wrestling bear cubs stolen from the Franklin College campus last week, has been returned, no worse for the wear. At approximately 1:15 a.m. this morning, Franklin College security staff, while routinely patrolling the entrance to Grizzly Park off Greensburg Road, observed the sculpture lying near the gates.“Ruff-n-Tuff are back home and undamaged,” said Thomas J. Minar, Franklin College president. “We are thankful someone realized how very important the sculpture is to the college and community and returned it. A big thank you goes to the Franklin Police Department and the local media for their help.
