So, I decided to do a little artistic research and visited Maria's Restaurant & Cantina in Sedona, Arizona, where they have rattlesnake on the menu. After ordering a plate of rattlesnake, my wife said she didn't want any. That meant I got to eat the whole thing by myself, and you know something? It does tastes like chicken! It tasted pretty good, but of course, most things do if you bread it and deep fry it.
